Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for doing business with DUFU ALLIED SDN. BHD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a general supplier operating in Malaysia.

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to goods supplied through direct business transactions, including but not limited to purchases made via quotation, invoice, email, telephone, or other agreed commercial arrangements. The website is intended solely to provide information and facilitate business communication.

1. Returns Eligibility

Requests for returns must be submitted within three (3) calendar days from the date the goods are received.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Goods must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as supplied
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging
  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice, delivery order, or receipt) must be provided

The Company reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Special-order or made-to-order goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Goods that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Goods supplied on an "as-is" or clearance basis

3. Order Cancellation and Administrative Fees

For any order cancellation or approved return:

  • A 4% administrative fee shall be deducted from the total order value; and
  • All delivery, handling, and return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer

Administrative fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Inspection and Approval

All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt.

The Company will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return after inspection.

Approval of any return or refund is at the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, refunds will be made using the original payment method or via bank transfer, as determined by the Company.

Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions and internal procedures.

6. Delivery Limitations

The Company reserves the right to refuse or restrict delivery of goods due to legal, regulatory, or operational requirements beyond its reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from order cancellations, returns, or delivery issues.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.

Any amendments shall take effect upon publication or official communication.
